As a landlord you’ll know exactly how much to expect every month with no nasty surprises. 

We charge 14.4% inc VAT of the monthly rent received. 

We will deduct this from the rental proceeds and pay you the balance. 

For each new tenancy the following charge will apply depending on property size and whether it's let furnished or unfurnished:

  • 2 bed - £216
  • 3 bed - £240
  • 4 bed - £264
  • 5 bed - £288
  • 6 bed - £324

  • 8-10 bed - £396        

Unfurnished (prices inc. VAT)

  • Room/bedsit - £84
  • Studio - £156
  • 1 bed - £168
  • 2 bed - £180
  • 3 bed - £192
  • 4 bed - £204
  • 5 bed - £216
  • Garage - £24

There are no set up costs, specific marking costs or any other charges related to a tenancy. 

Any contractors' invoicces will be deducted from the balance we hold on your account. We don't receive any commision from these payments.  

If you would like an annaul statement of account for tax purposes we charge £48 inc VAT.

How do we ensure our landlords are financially protected?
We are a registered member of the SafeAgent Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner.
