As a landlord you’ll know exactly how much to expect every month with no nasty surprises. 

We charge 12% + VAT of the monthly rent received. We will deduct this from the rental proceeds and pay you the balance. 
For each new tenancy relating to an unfurnished property there is a charge of £75 + VAT for producing the tenancy agreement and inventory. Furnished properties are charged as follows:

  • £125 + VAT up to and including 4 bed 
  • £150 + VAT 5 bed
  • £200 + VAT 6-8 bed
  • £250 + VAT 8+ bed 

There are no set up costs, specific marketing costs or any other charges related to a tenancy. 
Any contractors’ invoices will be deducted from the balance we hold on your account. We don’t receive any commission from these payments. 
If you would like an annual statement of account for tax purposes we charge £40 + VAT.

How do we ensure our landlords are financially protected?

We are a registered member of the SafeAgent Client Money Protection Scheme. This is a client money protection scheme to ensure your money is handled in the correct manner.
