When I first came for the flat viewing, I was impressed by how personable the process was and how well looked after the entire property was - the flat, the common areas, even the garden. As a tenant it can often feel like we're just a number, so it's so appreciated to have a letting agent who really cares. It was actually one of the reasons why I decided to rent this flat! Since moving in I've run into a few issues with the flat and Hannah (with Lynsey's help too I'm sure) has been super responsive and supportive, doing everything she can to help and keeping me updated along the way too. We have used Exeter Property for many years as landlords and have always found them to be very efficient, professional and friendly. They keep our properties up to date with inspections and are very knowledgable regarding any new rules which relate to rental properties. When finding new tenants they keep us informed before any are selected, which gives us great peace of mind and the feeling that we have a say as to who will be renting from us. My experience at the property in Pennsylvania has been extremely positive. I lived there for just over three years and was very happy with all aspects. Fellow housemates were considerate and easy to live with, and any issues were dealt with promptly by Exeter Property. The property itself was always well maintained and any broken essential appliances were always quickly replaced. I was very pleased with the price of the room, considering all bills were included and its convenient location. Communication from Exeter Property was always great but never intrusive.

I used Exeter Property both as a tenant and then later as a landlord, both experiences were brilliant. As a tenant I found their service fantastic, the property was really well kept, so there were almost never issues and any that did arise were dealt with really quickly and effectively. Later, when I owned a property but had to leave the area and so wanted to rent it out, Exeter Property were the first people I called given how great my experience of them had already been - again they were great. They checked the flat regularly providing great informative feedback to me, and suggesting occasional jobs to help keep the property in really good condition. With all of these they were able to arrange great people to undertake the jobs, and really competitive rates - my property was brilliantly looked after by them. Due to the care they take with looking after both tenants and the property itself I always found the tenants stayed for long periods of time and treated the property really well, making my life incredibly easy! I can't rate Exeter Property highly enough - they are thorough, friendly, and really considerate of both their tenants well being and happiness, and caring for the properties they look after. I would thoroughly recommend them for both tenants and landlords!
