1. Deposits

All of our deposits are held with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Insured). We'll provide you the certificate of registration once we’ve received your deposit.

Residential properties
The initial holding deposit equivalent to one-weeks rent will be due once the landlord has confirmed your application. Upon completion of successful references this will be topped up to a total equivalent to one-months rent.

Student properties
The initial holding deposit equivalent to one-weeks rent per person is payable once the tenancy has been agreed.  Upon submission of the tenancy documents the deposit would be topped up to a total of £300 per person.

2. Fees

We don't charge any fees for moving into or out of our properties, there are however a couple of instances where you may have to pay a fee.  If you are locked out of your property we charge £18 inc VAT and cost of replacement keys if required.  If you have a joint tenancy and would like to change one of the tenants we would charge £48 inc VAT to update the details.

3. Rent payments

Residential properties
Rent is paid monthly in advance by standing order.  The start date of your tenancy will be your payment date each month going forward.

Student properties
Rent is either paid in 10 equal monthly instalments due 1st September to 1st June inclusive, or paid termly on your student loan dates.  We are happy to accept different payment methods from each student within the same house.
