As one of our tenants, you’ll soon get to know Hannah and Lynsey as they’ll directly respond to your emails, phone calls and texts. They both have a very detailed knowledge about each and every one of our properties, so you’ll never have to wait long for an answer to a query.

At Exeter Property we work with a number of local reliable, registered trades people who are used to working in tenanted properties, throughout Exeter including the Pennsylvania, Heavitree, Digby and Newcourt areas. We’ll always be your point of contact and make access arrangements in advance of any visits.

We carry out quarterly property visits which will give you an additional opportunity to raise any maintenance issues you may have. It also lets us programme any renovations that may be required either during your tenancy or after you’ve moved out.
