The house is located on the corner of Old Tiverton Road and Union Road, 15 minutes from both the city centre and Streatham campus. The main house comprises of 10 huge double bedrooms, lounge, 2 kitchens and 4 shower rooms, one with roll top bath, in addition to the bathroom facilities each bedroom also has its own sink.

On the ground floor of the main house you have 2 really good sized bedrooms furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, shelving units and sofa/armchairs.
